• Go to the desired Block (A, B or C), select 'crossfeeds' and click on 'update'.

• Fill out the following fields (NOTE: the list below is not exhaustive, but represents the minimum needed to make crossfeeds work):

  • Text > Title (the title of your crossfeed)
  • Text > Introduction (text which appears before your crossfeed content - can include HTML code)
  • Text > Footer (text which appears after your crossfeed content - can include HTML code)
  • Text > Empty message (appears when no content is found)
  • Text > Keywords (all pages which include this keyword in location setup > text > keywords will be returned by the crossfeed in the list generated)
  • Miscellaneous > Max items (the maximum number of items you want this instance of the crossfeed to display)

  • Configuration > Ordering (the order of the list items - see the following possibilities):

    • rank - the order of the pages in your website's navigation structure
    • added DESC - in order of entry into the CMS
    • modified DESC - in order of modification in CMS

  • Configuration > Template name (your website will often have been set up with specific crossfeed templates - select the relevant one from the list)

  • Info > Table (IMPORTANT: this is the MySQL table which the crossfeed looks through to find the keywords mentioned above. Usually it is 'structure', so enter 'structure' here. This field needs to be filled out for the crossfeed to work).

• IMPORTANT: now you need to add the relevant keyword to the pages you would like to appear in the crossfeeds list:

  • Select the relevant page(s), go to > Location setup > text > keywords and enter the keyword you have specified in the crossfeed with EXACTLY the same spelling and syntax (keywords are case sensitive). Pages can include multiple keywords separated by commas (e.g. 'dogs,cats,fish,goats').

• NOTE: crossfeeds may return an error if no pages are tagged with the specified keyword.
